River Plantation neighborhood is located in the southern area of Cherokee county west of the town of Woodstock, Georgia. Our neighborhood of 180 homes are situated on quarter to third acre lots providing ample space. Our Home Owner's Association amenities include a large pool, a well lit tennis court and a children's playground area.
Please Note
Access Management will soon be making neighborhood inspections making this a good time to take a walk around your house and property to see what needs attention. Several porch steps and other trim may need attention and quite a few houses may need pressure washing.
With warmer temperatures also brings our children out to play. Please pay close attention to your speed through the neighborhood. Cherokee Sherriff’s have been asked to monitor our neighborhood.
